ReplyDeleteI love those milkweed plants. Beautiful flowers; then they grow pods that look like what gave the writer of "Invasion of the Body Snatchers" his idea, and then in late autumn the pods burst open to reveal the most wonderful seeds. Those 'parachutes' are iridescent! I can imagine tine fairies catching a ride on them.
